Your application to participate in the event and payment of a Registration Fee has been accepted in accordance with your agreement to comply fully with the Terms & Conditions for the event and the tour operator’s Booking Conditions (if applicable). The Registration Fee is non-refundable unless your application for a place on the event is denied because of over-subscription, your failure to meet medical criteria or a decision by the company or the tour operator or the charity or charities that your place should be withdrawn for whatever reason.
