Terms and Conditions

Once payment of the event registration fee has been received by the company you will be registered for the event and a place will be allocated to you subject to availability. You will be advised if a place on the event is not available for whatever reason and your registration fee will be refunded to you. The registration fee paid to the company is not refundable under any other circumstances. You will forfeit your right to a confirmed place on the event if you do not raise and pay to the charity or charities concerned the minimum charitable funds required by the required date as detailed in the conditions of entry for the event. It is a condition of your registration for any event managed by the company that you follow all the guidance, rules and conditions of entry detailed by the company in the relevant event information provided.
